bit more upfront, but over the life of your home it’s the better

Both. We install new patios from scratch, and we also repair and
resurface existing concrete patios. If your patio has cracks,
surface damage, or just looks tired, we can tell you whether a
repair, a resurface, or a full replacement makes the most sense.
